KI-DANCE

Ki-Dance: Movement as Sacred Prayer

Ki-Dance is an integrative method that bridges spirituality, intentional movement, and healing energy to create a deeply transformative experience. Designed by Larissa Aguiar—an MCKS Pranic Healer, intuitive channeler, and student of the Maria Fux School of Dance Therapy—this practice incorporates ancestral movement codes and pranic energy techniques to unlock the body's natural healing potential. Ki-Dance offers participants a unique opportunity to embody sacred prayer through movement, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit. Each session culminates in the co-creation of an energetic mandala, blending sound and motion to anchor collective transformation.

Story

Entering the Inner Temple Through Movement

Ki-Dance naturally emerged from Larissa Aguiar's lifelong journey of movement, spirituality, and healing. Growing up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in a deeply spiritual family, Larissa was immersed in rituals from various religions, where she started to read and work with energy from a young age. Her connection to the energetic realms became even more profound through the faculty of channelling, a gift she recognized at the age of five.

Dancing since she was six, Larissa discovered that movement was her sacred language—a way to connect with her inner self and the universe. This passion for dance evolved alongside her spiritual practices, leading her to become an MCKS Pranic Healer, a student of dance therapy at the Maria Fux School in Argentina, and a member of the Oracle Clan through deep devotion with the Academy of Oracle Arts.

A turning point in Larissa’s journey came when she faced a severe spinal condition that left her unable to walk for months, barely able to get out of bed. The condition had caused her hip to become misaligned, adding further strain to her body. Despite trying every possible method for healing, nothing seemed to work. Determined to reclaim her health, she immersed herself in breath-work, intentional movement, and the exploration of emotions that had become stagnant  in this region of her body. Over the course of a year, through deep faith and dedication in these practice she gradually realigned her hip, healed her spine, and restored her body to a state of wholeness.

This transformative journey revealed to Larissa the profound healing potential of movement—not only for the physical body but as a bridge connecting spirit, soul, and body. It is a perfect harmony, where the body becomes an instrument to align with the sacred trinity of existence.

Inspired by this revelation, Larissa channeled decades of spiritual and physical practice into Ki-Dance—a unique method that integrates pranic energy activation, the elegance of movement, and the creation of energetic mandalas. Ki-Dance invites participants to step into their inner temples, co-create energy vortexes, and embrace movement as a sacred prayer. Larissa’s prayer and vision is to bring this transformative practice to the world, empowering others to connect deeply with their bodies, elevate their energy, and live with purpose and grace.
